A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South Superior Street from East Conway Street to South Carferry Drive”

“On the east side of South Superior Street from East Oklahoma Avenue to the north curb line of South Illinois Avenue, at any time, from June 1st to October 1st”

“On the east side of North 10th Street from a point 27 feet south of the south curb line of West Vine Street to a point 50 feet further south at any time”

“On the east side of North 18th Street from the south curb line of West Nash Street to a point 70 feet south thereof, at any time”
