This ordinance increases ambulance certificate fees (annual certificate):

1. Original application - from current $31 to $1,000.

2. Renewal application - from current $13 to $1,000.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 60-2-2 and 3 of the code is amended to read:

60-2. Ambulance Certificate.

2. The fee for each original certificate shall be [[$31]] >>$1,000<<.

3. The fee for each original certificate that is being renewed shall be [[$13]] >>$1,000<<.
