This ordinance provides that Common Council Resolution File Numbers 211352, 210864, 210587, 191899, 180931, 171211, 171110, 170874, 170607, 170034, 151428, 141266, 150029, 120708, 111481 and 100235, which approved various comprehensive plans (area plans), are deemed passed as ordinances.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. The following Common Council files approving comprehensive plans (area plans) are deemed passed as ordinances:

1. 211352: Substitute resolution approving the Envision South 13th Street Together Strategic Action Plan and amending the Southwest Side Area Comprehensive Plan and Near South Area Comprehensive Plan to include the Envision South 13th Street Together Strategic Action Plan as part of the City of Milwaukee’s Overall Comprehensive Plan, in the 12th, 13th, and 14th Aldermanic Districts.

2. 210864: Resolution approving the updated Fond du Lac and North Area Plan as part of Milwaukee’s Overall Comprehensive Plan, in the 6th, 7th and 15th Aldermanic Districts.
