Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Hawley Court, LLC and will allow a wider mix of industrial uses on the site.

 

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 201 South Hawley Court, Tax Key No. 421-9998-112, from Local Business (LB1) to Industrial Office (IO2).
