A substitute resolution distributing funds from the Special Purpose Account - DPW Administrative Reorganization (01-015-8001) to the Salaries & Wages accounts of various Department of Public Works divisions.
ANLS:
- ANALYSIS - This resolution transfers funds from the Special Purpose Account-DPW Administrative Reorganization to the Salaries & Wages accounts of the Department of Public Works Administrative Services and Buildings & Fleet Divisions.
BODY:
Whereas, the 1997 adopted budget includes $555,302 in a Special Purpose Account-DPW Administrative Reorganization, for partial year funding of positions affected by the department's reorganization of administrative functions; and
Whereas, the Administrative Services and Buildings & Fleet Divisions have shortfalls in their 1997 Salaries & Wages Account; now, therefore, be it
Resolved that the City Comptroller is directed to transfer $315,608 from the Special Purpose Account-DPW Administrative Reorganization (01-015-8001) to the DPW-Buildings & Fleet Division Salaries & Wages account (01-545-6000) and $239,694 from the Special Purpose Account-DPW Administrative Reorganization (01-015-8001) to the DPW-Administrative Service Division Salaries & Wages account (01-514-6000).
