Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

1311 E. Chambers St. (WT450075600): Riverside Pumps 6A and 6B Contract (C641090047). (Nonassessable Water Fund - $200,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $833,845. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2011 construction season.

N. Maryland Ave. - N. Prospect Ave. to a point north of N. Prospect Ave. (ST211100161) File Number 100494: Concrete curb and gutter. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $35,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $36,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2010 construction season.

E. North Ave. Sink Hole (SM495100160) File Number 100494: (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $999,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $1,000,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2010 construction season.
