LICENSES COMMITTEE
| AMENDED
Minutes note: Mr. Cooney said that the License Division received a request to revoke this license based upon the licensee does not reside at the premises address. He added that they received the renewal application on November of 2023 and that the objection was filed immediately after. He also said that the same objection was received two years ago.
Individuals in objection:
Richard Yehl - 3600 N 93rd St - said that no one has lived at this house for over 10 years, that there are cars that are not used on the driveway. He added that he cannot park anywhere near his house and that he is handicapped too. He also said that when the licensee's husband comes, he does not park on the loading zone anyways.
The licensee and her husband were present over the phone.
Ald. Coggs asked the applicant if she lives there.
The applicant said that she does not live there at the moment.
Atty. Farris said that the ordinance requires that the disabled person live in the premises and that we have heard the applicant saying that she does not live there.
