Title

Analysis

This ordinance revises the boundary of the downtown type 1 time-limited food peddler vehicle zone to add the area bounded by W. Vliet Street, W. Juneau Avenue, W. Winnebago Street and the Milwaukee River.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. The map attached to common council file number 220413 titled “Downtown Type 1 (Time Limited) Map” is rescinded and replaced by the map attached to this file titled “Downtown Type 1 Time-Limited Food Peddler Vehicle Zone 2025”.
