The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 84-43-11 of the code is renumbered 84-43-12.

Part 2. Section 84-43-11 of the code is created to read:

84-43. Cigarette and Tobacco License.

11. SUSPENSION, NONRENEWAL AND REVOCATION. The city adopts s.134.65 (6), (7) and (8), Wis. Stats.
