Whereas, The Community Development Committee on December 13, 2000 approved the allocation of the Housing Production Pool in the amount of $3,702,409 for 2001 and awarded the funding to several organizations; and

Whereas, The Community Development Committee on December 13, 2000 requested guidelines for the Housing Production Pool for activities using the Housing Cluster Development; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Community Development Committee on February 21, 2001 has approved the guidelines for the Housing Production Pool 2001. All Housing Producers must use the attached guidelines (Attachment A) for the development of Housing Clusters for 2001.
