This resolution authorizes the sale of said vacant, tax deed lots by the City of Milwaukee.

BODY:

Whereas, The adjoining owners, David J. DeRouin and Beverly DeRouin, with their property located at 2119 East Vollmer Avenue, have offered to purchase the vacant, tax deed lots located at 2105-09 and 2111-13 East Vollmer Avenue, Tax Roll Key Nos. 540-1366-2 and 540-1367-8, containing 4,300 square feet for the amount of $1,075 for use as green space; and

Whereas, These vacant, tax deed lots are being sold in "as is" condition; and

Whereas, The City Plan Commission has approved the acceptance of said Offer, the sale of said property to be consummated in the manner provided for in the sale of other tax deed property pursuant to Section 304-49 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Offer is accepted and that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to perform such acts as may be required to consummate the sale of said lots and that the proceeds be credited to the Reserve For Tax Deficit Fund Account No. 02-211- 2700.
