A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. 9th Street from the south curb line of W. Wells Street to a point 80 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the south side of W. North Avenue from N. 48th Street to N. Hi Mount Boulevard from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of W. Park Hill Avenue from a point 50 feet west of the west curb line of N. 35th Street to N. 36th Street from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day"
"On the south side of W. Mount Vernon Avenue between S. 68th Street and N. 69th Street at any time during the period of street construction on N. 68th Street between W. Blue Mound Road and W. Mount Vernon Avenue"
"On the north side of W. Rogers Street from the west curb line of S. 11th Street to a point 60 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the north side of E. Pittsburgh Avenue from S. Water Street to S. 1st Street from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Sunday and Holidays"
"On the south side of W. Oklahoma Avenue from the east curb line of S. 9th Place to a point 63 feet east thereof"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of N. Teutonia Avenue from E. Eggert Place to a point 60 feet south
On the east side of S. Clement Avenue from a point 160 feet north of E. Saveland Avenue to a point 140 feet north on regular school days 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM except buses
On the east side of N. 35th Street from W. Townsend Street to W. Hope Avenue from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday
