Body
Whereas, Milwaukee Apartment Ventures, LLC, (“Developer”) of the property located at 615 E Corcoran Avenue (“Property”) has agreed to design and construct the Corcoran Avenue Extension on behalf of the City directly adjacent to the Property; and

Whereas, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (“the Redevelopment Authority”) authorized execution of a Corcoran Street Extension and Harbor Drive Public Improvements Development Agreement among the Developer, the Redevelopment Authority and the City via resolution number 10921, on August 18, 2022; and

Whereas, the City would provide the Redevelopment Authority, for distribution to the Developer, with funds up to $3,655,000 from TID #56 (Erie Jefferson) to reimburse 100% of the eligible costs of constructing the Corcoran Avenue Extension, located on City Right of Way, adjacent to the Property (the “Public Improvements”); and

Whereas, the City, the Redevelopment Authority and the Developer now desire to enter into an Amendment to the Riverwalk Agreement to provide for the increased construction costs associated with the Riverwalk Improvements; and

Whereas, the Amendment to the Corcoran Street Extension and Harbor Drive Public Improvements Development Agreement among the Developer, the Redevelopment Authority and the City has been drafted by the City Attorney and submitted to the Journal of Proceedings; now, therefore, be it
