Substitute resolution relating to revision of the Milwaukee Youth Council's By-Laws.
Analysis
This resolution requests that the Common Council approve the following changes to the Youth Council's By-Laws:
1. Any member who misses three regular or any six meetings shall have his or her seat on the Youth Council deemed vacant.
2. An obsolete reference to the Selection Committee is removed.

Whereas, The Youth Council of the City of Milwaukee recognizes the importance of full participation at Youth Council meetings and requests the implementation of an attendance policy for the Youth Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Youth Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Youth Council requests that the Common Council approve the changes to the Youth Council's By-Laws, which are provided on pages 1 and 6 of the attached Youth Council By-Laws.
