WHEREAS, Travaux Inc. solicited sealed bids by Official Notice Number 58004 during the period July 13, 2020 through July 27, 2020 for Plumbing (Blocks 12, 14, and 17) for Phase 4B Townhomes at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, one sealed bid was received by the deadline of 2:00 PM (CDST) on July 27, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the sealed bid was received and publicly opened on July 27, 2020, during which bidding procedure was conducted in compliance with the requirements of local, state, and federal regulations; and
WHEREAS, Bohmann & Vick Inc., a qualified and competent bidder, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of $898,000.00; therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc. that they hereby authorize and approve accepting the bid of and entering into a contract with Bohmann & Vick Inc. for Plumbing (Blocks 12, 14, and 17) for Phase 4B Townhomes at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds for these services will come from Westlawn Gardens Phase VI (Phase 4B Townhomes) Mixed Financing; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of Travaux Inc. be and hereby are authorized and directed to properly execute said contract for and on behalf of Travaux Inc.; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that if any extensions of the time of performance are needed the officers of Travaux Inc. may approve such request without any further action of the Board of Directors of Travaux Inc.; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all of above is contingent upon receiving the approval of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, if required; and, be it
