Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 32nd St. – W. Hampton Ave. to 300 feet m/l north of W. Hampton Ave. (SM495020272): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $4,800)

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 60th St. (East Side) – W. Melvina St. to W. Capitol Dr. (SM495020275): Relaying storm sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $5,800)

4th Aldermanic District

N. 7th St. – W. Clybourn St. to W. Michigan St. (SM495020235): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $6,500)
