Body
Whereas, Aurora Healthcare Incorporated, the applicant, requested permission to construct and maintain an underground conduit for communications cabling to connect its offices at 750 West Virginia Street and 647 West Virginia Street; and

Whereas, Only the portion of the conduit route that crosses West Virginia Street is in the public right-of-way, the rest is located on private property; and

Whereas, Said conduit may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Aurora Healthcare Incorporated, 750 West Virginia Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204 is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To construct and maintain a 4-inch diameter underground communications conduit crossing under the 73-foot wide right-of-way of West Virginia Street. Said conduit crosses West Virginia Street at a point approximately 297 feet west of the west line of South 6th Street.

Said underground conduit shall be maintained or removed from the public right-of-way, at such future time as they are no longer needed, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.
