Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various
Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements
in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain
as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of South 29th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to West Forest Home Avenue from 3:30 PM to 5:30 Pm except Saturday and Sunday where No Parking is in effect”
“On the east side of South 34th Street from a point 162 feet north of the north curb line of West Montana Street to a point 200 feet further north thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Pleasant Street from a point 135 feet west of North 1st Street to a point 30 feet west thereof
On the north side of West Pierce Street from a point 85 feet west of South 11th Street to a point 110 feet west thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North 26th Street from West Concordia Avenue to a point 150 feet south thereof”
“On North 27th Street between West Auer Avenue and West Burleigh Street except Saturday and Sunday and Holidays”
“On North 36th Street Between West Chambers and West Burleigh Streets”
“On West Orchard Street from South 3rd Street to South 4th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM”
“On the east side of North 15th Street from West Wright Street to West Clarke Street on even calendar dates from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the east side of North 29th Street from the first alley north of West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue”
