Analysis
This ordinance changes the minimum side street setback for the RS1, RS2, RT1 and RT2 residential zoning districts from “20% of lot width but never more than 15 feet” to “20% of lot width but never more than 20 feet”.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
