Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 60thSt. - W. Glendale Ave. to W. Lincoln Creek Dr. (North) (WT410170621) File Number 151521: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $80,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $95,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.

N. 76th St. - 290 feet south of W. Grantosa Dr. to W. Medford Ave. (SM495150084) File Number 160413: Relaying storm sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $169,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $194,000. This project was completed in 2016.
