Analysis

This resolution amends Resolution 031525 to include authorization for appropriation and expenditure of contributed funds.

Body

Whereas, Common Council File 031525, adopted March 19, 2004, authorizes the Department of Public Works - Buildings and Fleet Services to accept private contributions for improvements to Enderis Playfield; and

Whereas, Common Council File 031525 did not include authorization of the appropriation and expenditure of the contributions received; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that File Number 031525 be amended to include authorization of appropriation and expenditure of such funds; and, be it

Further Resolved, That upon receipt and deposit of these funds, the City Comptroller is directed to transfer appropriations and estimated revenue from the 2004 Special Purpose Account for Contributions (0001-2110-0001-D001-006300) and the Estimated Revenue Account for Contributions (0001-2110-0001-009850) to the Public Works Special Account (0001-5450-0001-D543-006300-2004) and the Public Works Estimated Revenue Account (0001-5010-0001-009850), up to the amount of $50,000.
