Whereas, The Department of Public Works (DPW) of the City of Milwaukee (City) put out an Invitation for Bid for Landscape Maintenance services and Snow and Ice removal services at City-owned properties in an area near to the Century City Business Park; and
Whereas, DPW awarded the contract to TL Reese Homes (TL Reese), contract C545250027; and
Whereas, TL Reese, agreed to enter into a contract with the Redevelopment Authority, piggy-backing off of their pricing from the afore mentioned DPW contract, for Landscape Maintenance services and Snow and Ice removal services at the Century City Business Park; and
Whereas, TL Reese, is a City-certified Small Business Enterprise company and has agreed to perform all requirements outlined in their contract including its commitment to the Residents Preference Program participation; and
Whereas, the Landscape Maintenance services and Snow and Ice removal services will be paid for using funds associated with rental income from tenants at the Century City Business Park; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the contract for such services
