Analysis
This resolution reverses the November 20, 2000, decision of the Historic Preservation Commission denying a certificate of appropriateness for a roof replacement project proposed for a building at 2831-33 North Sherman Boulevard in the Sherman Boulevard Historic District.  This resolution would, in effect, grant the certificate of appropriateness.
