This resolution authorizes removal of obstructions from streets and alleys on the 1999 Paving Program.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to notify the owners of the premises abutting where obstructions exist on streets and alleys which the Common Council approves for improvement during 1999, and for said owners to remove said obstructions within thirty (30) days; and, be it

Further Resolved, That upon failure of the owners to remove said obstructions within said thirty (30) day period, the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to remove the same and assess the cost thereof against the owners of the abutting property.
