Analysis
This resolution will result in the sale of four, tax-deed vacant lots for use as green space.
Body
Whereas, The Department of City Development (“DCD”) continuously markets non-buildable, tax-deed and/or City vacant lots to adjoining owners for combination with their existing parcels for use as garden or green space; and
Whereas, Some of the non-buildable inventory lies outside of the geographic boundaries designated by the $1.00 vacant lot resolution and are marketed at a reasonable price to adjoining owners; and
Whereas, Recent marketing efforts have resulted in Offers to Purchase from the following adjoining owners:
