This substitute resolution will approve a final plat that provides forty-two residential lots.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the final plat of Fairway Place, being a division of part of Lot 7 of Block 3, all of Lot 4 of Block 2 and part of Lot 3 of Block 2, together with vacated South 110th Street adjoining said lots of the Highlands; Lots 1 through 10 of Block 1 and Lots 1 through 5 of Block 2, together with vacated West Fairlane Court and vacated North 110th Street adjoining said lots of Park Club: Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 3498 together with vacated North 110th Street adjoining said lot, being part of the Northeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, having been approved by the City Plan Commission and the Commissioner of Public Works, is approved.
