Whereas, the Authority issued a Request for Proposal for Native Landscape Restoration Services
in the Menomonee Valley Community Park on February 1, 2023, and received multiple qualified respondents; and
Whereas, the respondent's proposals were reviewed by the Evaluation Committee and a recommendation was made to the Executive Director to award and execute a contract; and
Whereas, the selected vendor has agreed to perform all requirements outlined in their contract including its commitment to Small Business Enterprise participation; and
Whereas, funding for the Native Landscape Restoration Services will be provided from the Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Agreement funds; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the contract for such services.
