Title

This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 240764 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 17, 2024 - August 4, 2024):

Under Pay Range 1KX, amend footnote (13) to read:

(13) An employee possessing a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License to be paid an additional 3%.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 240764 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 17, 2024 - August 4, 2024):

Under Pay Range 2JN, amend footnote (14) to read:

(14) An employee possessing a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License to be paid an additional 3%.

Under Pay Range 2KN, amend footnote (14) to read:

(14) An employee possessing a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Broker License to be paid an additional 3%.

Under Pay Range 2LX, amend footnote (17) to read:
(17) An employee possessing a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License to be paid an additional 3%.

Under Pay Range 2MX, amend footnote (17) to read:

(17) An employee possessing a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License to be paid an additional 3%.

Part 3. Part 1, Section 4 of ordinance File Number 240764 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2025 - December 22, 2024):

Under Pay Ranges 4LN, 4NX and 4PX, correct formatting to removing hanging decimal numbers in the wage rate charts.
