This ordinance revises the membership of the city information management committee by adding the chief information officer as the vice chair.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Section 320-31-1-0 of the code is amended to read:

 

320-31. City Information Management Committee.

 

1. COMPOSITION.  There is created a city information management committee consisting of [[10]] >>11<< members:

 

Part 2.  Section 320-31-1-k of the code is created to read:

 

k. The chief information officer. This member shall be the vice chair of the committee.

 

Part 3.  Section 320-31-6 of the code is amended to read:

 

6.  STAFFING. The city clerk’s office shall provide staff support to the committee. [[The

chief information officer shall serve as its executive secretary.]] The city attorney shall designate an assistant city attorney to be present at all meetings of the committee.
