Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

N. 47th St. - W. Hampton Ave. to W. Fairmount Ave. (ST21100116) File Number 020390: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $55,600; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $79,700)
Alley between W. Melvina St., W. Vienna Ave., N. 19th St., and N. 19th Pl. (ST212030104) File Number 021027: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, and storm drainage facilities where needed.
