Analysis-

This resolution would approve an amendment to the Lease Agreement to delete a small portion of the leasehold to which it would then become the entrance to the Lake Express ferry terminal.

BODY

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the amendment to Lease Agreement between the City, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners, and the United States Coast Guard to delete a small section of the leasehold; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and of said Board of Harbor Commissioners are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose, with the agreement as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
