Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted CCFN 040120 which awarded 2004 CDBG reprogramming funding to the Urban Underground in the amount of $25,000; and

Whereas, This activity will fund a Youth Council that has been established by the Common Council City Clerk's office; and

Whereas, The Community & Economic Development Committee recommends approval to transfer the award of CDBG funding from the Urban Underground to the Common Council City Clerk's office in the amount of $25,000; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee hereby approves the transfer of CDBG funding to the Common Council City Clerk's office in the amount of $25,000.
