Title
Ordinance relating to the Third Amendment to a General Planned Development (GPD) known as Granville Park, on land located on the South Side of West Donna Drive and West of North 107th Street, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This ordinance will amend the general plan to allow for the change in height from a 2-story to partial 3-story building for a senior independent living facility.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-907(2)(a).0013.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the procedures and establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended General Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is amended to change the boundaries of the original General Planned Development (GPD) bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, said point being on the south right-of-way line of West Donna Drive; thence South 00 deg. 39 min. 59 sec. East along the west line of North 107th Street 298.90 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 33 min. 02 sec. East along said west line 174.94 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 19 min. 48 sec. West 75.00 feet to a point; thence North 00 deg. 32 min. 42 sec. West 131.34 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 19 min. 48 sec. West 79.19 feet to a point; thence South 37 deg. 09 min. 58 sec.
