Analysis

This zoning change was requested by the City of Milwaukee - Department of City Development and will allow the future sale and development of the City-owned parcel into a single- or two-family residence.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 428 North 42nd St, Tax Key No. 402-0281-111, from Parks (PK) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
