This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

6th Aldermanic District

W. Keefe Ave. - N. 9th St. to N. 10th St. (858-0102-9): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Sewer Program)

12th Aldermanic District

S. 19th St. - W. National Ave. to W. Mineral St. (858-0091-0): Relaying combined sewer. (1999 Sewer Program)

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
