Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Foster Avenue from South 14th Street to a point 60 feet west

On the west side of South 14th Street from West Foster Avenue to a point 60 feet south

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 25th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue south to the alley at any time”

“On West Hayes Avenue from the west center line of South 35th Street to a point 235 feet west thereof at any time”

“On the east side of North 4th Street from West Juneau Avenue to a point 140 feet north”

“On the west side of North 84th Street 120 feet south of West Burleigh Street”

“On the east side of North 88th Street from the south center line of West Vienna Avenue extended to a point 120 feet south thereof at any time”

“On the south side of West Metcalf Place from the west center line of North Willis Place to a point 60 feet west thereof at any time”

“On the north side of West Villard Avenue from North 54th Street to the first driveway east thereof”


“On the west side of North 68th Street from West Grantosa Drive to West Silver Spring Drive at any time”

“On the west side of North 42nd Street from the north lot line of West Blue Mound Road to a point approximately 50 feet north thereof at any time”

“On the west side of North 40th Street from the south center line of West Blue Mound Road to a point 50 feet south of the south center line of West Blue Mound Road at any time”
