Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2005 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance makes rates of pay changes to the rates of pay for the following:
Journeymen Plumbers and Gasfitters Union, Local #75, AFL-CIO; Milwaukee Police Association, Local #21, I.U.P.A.; Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council.

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 17 of ordinance File Number 040458 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 - December 22, 2002):

Eliminate the rates of pay shown for Pay Ranges 785, 788, 796 and 798 and substitute in lieu thereof the following biweekly rates of pay:

Eliminate the rates of pay shown for Pay Ranges 786 and substitute in lieu thereof the following biweekly rates of pay:

Under footnote 1/ delete the second sentence and replace with the following sentence: (Effective PP 13, 2003 (6/8/03) the hourly rate is $26.32 ($2,105.60 biweekly)-92% of the outside rate of $28.61 per hour.)
