This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

E. Concordia Ave. - N. Pierce St. to N. Bremen St. (SM495030121) File Number 990174: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $229,000)

N. Fratney St. - E. Concordia Ave. to E. Townsend St. (SM495020309) File Number 020728: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $81,000)
