This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

W. Hope Ave. - N. 38th St. to N. Sherman Blvd. WT41091275 (821-4611-9): Relay water main and water main alteration. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $75,000)

2nd Aldermanic District
