The adoption of this ordinance will update the Official Map of the City of Milwaukee.

Whereas, The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
There is hereby added to the City of Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:
Section 113-32.0102 the Official Map, as mentioned and provided for in Section 113-32, is hereby amended so as to include the following additions as shown in the report on file in the City Clerk's office.
1ST ALDERMANIC DISTRICT
S.E. 1/4 Sec. 2, T.7N., R.21E. (248)
1. West Ada Street between North 46th Street extended and North 47th Street. The vacation of a 60-foot wide street.
2. West Marion Street between North 46th Street extended and North 47th Street. The vacation of a 30-foot wide street.
3. Alleys in the block bounded by West Ada Street, West Hope Avenue, North 46th Street extended and North 47th Street. The vacation of the north-south variable width alley and the east-west 30-foot wide alley.
4. Alleys in the block bounded by West Ada Street, West Marion Street, North 46th Street extended and North 47th Street. The vacation of the north-south 14-foot wide alley and the east-west 30-foot wide alley.
5. West Congress Street between North Sherman Boulevard and North 47th Street. The addition of a proposed 43.58-foot wide street right-of-way.
6. West Hope Avenue (north side) between North Sherman Boulevard and North 46th Street. The addition of proposed street right-of-way.
7. West Marion Street between North Sherman Boulevard and North 47th Street. The addition of a proposed 60-foot wide street right-of-way.
