This substitute resolution reverses the Historic Preservation Commission's interim historic designation of the property located at 3249-3275 South 18th Street, commonly known as South Day Care Center of St. Joseph's, Inc. and owned by the Felician Sisters of the United States of America - Chicago Providence.
BODY:
Whereas, On December 20, 1999, the Historic Preservation Commission imposed interim historic designation on the property located at 3249-3275 South 18th Street, commonly known as South Day Care Center of St. Joseph's, Inc.; and
Whereas, The Felician Sisters of the United States of America - Chicago Providence, have requested review of the commission's decision on interim historic designation; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the decision of the Historic Preservation Commission relating to interim designation of the property located at 3249-3275 South 18th Street is reversed.
