Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2003 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Election Commission, General Office", delete two positions of "Office Assistant III" and add two positions of "Program Assistant I."

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2003 – December 22, 2002):

Under "Health Department, Vital Statistics Division", add the footnote designation "(Y)" following the title "Vital Statistics Supervisor."

Part 3. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 020487 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Health Department, Epidemiology Section, Bioterrorism Grant (Q)", delete one position of "Molecular Microbiologist (Q)" and add one position of "Microbiologist III (Q)"; under "Health Access and Adult Health, Preventive Health Grant (I)", delete one position of "Office Assistant II (0.5 FTE) (I)"; under "Home Environmental Health Division, Childhood Lead Detection Program (Z)", delete two positions of "Public Health Aide (0.6 FTE)(X)(Z)" and one position of "Public Health Aide (X)(Z)(G)", and add two positions of "Public Health Aide (X)(Z)" and amend footnote "(I)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/03 unless the Preventive Health Grant is extended", amend footnote "(J)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/03 unless the Adolescent School Health Grant is extended. Also funds 0.5 FTE Office Assistant II", amended footnote "(Z)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/03 unless the Childhood Lead Detection Grant is extended", amend footnote "(DD)...
