ANLS:

This substitute resolution authorizes the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds in accordance with sec. 67.04, Stats., for a project undertaken for a public purpose, to-wit: for parks and public grounds, in the amount of Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($708,000).

BODY:

Whereas, The 2000 budget of the City of Milwaukee adopted by the Common Council contemplates the issuance of general obligation bonds in the amount of Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($708,000) for a project undertaken for a public purpose, to-with: for parks and public grounds; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that it hereby authorizes and declares its purpose to issue and sell general obligation bonds in the amount of Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($708,000) for a project undertaken for a public purpose, to-wit: for parks and public grounds.
