Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in
various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-11-1 of the Code relating to No Left Turn is amended by adding the following:
On West Lisbon Avenue from the driveway located 60 feet west of North 55th Street for westbound traffic from 6:00AM to 9:00AM and 3:00PM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday
On South 3rd Street at a point 490 feet south of West Oklahoma Avenue for westbound traffic exiting the driveway of Holt Plaza
Part 2. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On West State Street from North 11th Street to North 15th Street
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by adding the following:
On South 47th Street at West Euclid Avenue
On West Harrison Avenue at South 3rd Street
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
“On North 2nd Street at West Vine Street”
“On North 2nd Street at West Garfield Avenue”
“On North Palmer Street at East Vine Street”
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On East Lloyd Street at North Palmer Street
On West Lloyd Street at North 2nd Street
On West Reservoir Avenue at North 2nd Street
On West Vine Street and North 2nd Street in all directions
On West Garfield Avenue and North 2nd Street in all directions
On North Palmer Street and East Vine Street in all directions
On South 37th Street at West Branting Lane
On West Lapham Street at South 37th Street
Part 6. Section 101-16-2 of the Code relating to Through Highways is amended by striking the following:
