Resolution granting permission to the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) located at 3839 West Burnham Street in the Kubenik Industrial Park Development in the Village of West Milwaukee to connect to City of Milwaukee sanitary and storm sewers.


BODY:
Whereas, On July 20, 1998, the Village of West Milwaukee (VILLAGE) adopted Resolution No. 16-R-98 requesting permission for connection of properties located along the south side of West Burnham Street from South 37th Street to 1450 feet west of South 37th Street, and along the west side of South 37th Street from West Burnham Street to 1000 feet south of West Burnham Street to the City of Milwaukee (CITY) sanitary and storm sewer facilities for the Kubenik Industrial Park Development which is located at the southwest corner of South 37th Street and West Burnham Street; and

Whereas, On September 23, 1998, per Common Council File No. 980705, the CITY granted permission for a sanitary lateral to be connected to CITY sewer facilities from a proposed building, the MADACC facility, to be constructed at 3909 West Burnham Street in the VILLAGE; and

Whereas, Said facility is not going to be built at 3909 West Burnham Street, but will instead be built at 3839 West Burnham Street; and

Whereas, The VILLAGE has submitted and received approval of a final storm water management plan for the Kubenik Industrial Park Development; and

Whereas, MADACC has submitted a final storm water management plan for 3839 West Burnham Street that complies with the Storm Water Management Plan for the Kubenik Industrial Park Development; now, therefore, be it
