Resolution approving an Affidavit of Correction relative to errors contained in documents for Certified Survey Map No. 8414, located on the west side of North 6th Street and north of West Reservoir Avenue, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This resolution approves an Affidavit that corrects those items as shown on Sheets 1, 2 and 3 of the map as recorded on December 30, 2011, as Document No. 10067701 and Map No. 8414.
Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 8414, being a redivision of Lot 1, in Block 5, in "Resubdivision of Lapham Park," being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 8414 and Document No. 10067701 on December 30, 2011; and
Whereas, Dennis Sauer, a Wisconsin Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
