Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

Area bounded by W. Congress St., W. Melvina St., N. 60th St., and N. 65th St. (#8) (SM494120205) File Number 111282: Sanitary sewer lining. (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $914,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $929,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2012 construction season.

2nd and 7th Aldermanic Districts

Area bounded by W. Capitol Dr., W. Congress St., N. Sherman Blvd., and N. 51st St. (#11) (SM494120202) File Number 111282: Sanitary sewer lining. (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $853,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $873,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2012 construction season.
