Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North 29^th Street from West Capitol Drive to the alley north at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Pierce Street from South 12^th Street to a point 50 feet west

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West Pierce Street between South 28^th and South 29^th Streets, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays"

"On West Pierce Street between South 29^th and South 30^th Streets, excepting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays"

"On the north side of West Pierce Street between South Layton Boulevard and South 28^th Street"

"On the north side of West Pierce Street from South Shea Avenue to South 34^th Street"

"On the north side of West Pierce Street between South 34^th Street and South 35^th Street"

"On the south side of West Pierce Street from South 32^nd Street to South 35^th Street"

"On the south side of West Pierce Street from South Shea Avenue to South 34^th Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday"
