Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.

This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
3rd Aldermanic District
N. Humboldt Ave. - E. Chambers St. to E. Capitol Dr. (821-4588-5): Replacing valves.
4th Aldermanic District
N. 26th St. - W. McKinley Ave. to W. Vliet St. (858-0130-1): Relaying combined sewer.
7th Aldermanic District
W. Burleigh St. - N. 49th St. to N. 50th St. (858-0133-8): Relaying sanitary sewer.
14th Aldermanic District
S. Delaware Ave. - E. Iron St. to E. Nock St. (858-0131-7): Relaying combined sewer.
E. Oklahoma Ave. (N/S) - S. Ellen St. to 150 ft. m/l east of S. Ellen St. (858-0132-2): Relaying combined sewer.
15th Aldermanic District
N. 114th St. - W. Green Tree Rd. to 1000 ft. m/l north of W. Green Tree Rd. (828-1583-4): Water main alteration.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof.
