Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. Montreal St. – W. Capitol Dr. to W. Hope Ave. (ST211030111) File Number 020390: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace all curb and gutter, replace sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $47,800; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $150,000; Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund (SM495020111) -- $50,000)

4th Aldermanic District
